Never been happier to be goldless

Ok My gold subscription ran out on Feb 8th, normally Im scrambling to get another membership card. But to be honest this is a chance to focus on my single player stuff, Need to finish assassins creeds story aswell as enslaved and I just started Mafia 2 which I think is awesome so far. When I have gold i feel obligated to do certain things and play a certain way, so for  now I am just going to kick back and work on my single player games.

Ok if I am to hit 75% by christmas next year. I need to start as few games as possible while going at a reasonably fast pace. There is no way I am not starting any new games this year so I have devised a plan as to motivate myself to keep pushing. I have set certain criteria that I have to meet before i can start a certain game.

Name change

I changed the name of my blog as the GSL is long over to The Hive.
These are updates on my main gamerscore related projects, there are others but these are the  ones I have concocted plans for or are actively working on

Finally starting to work on my completion percent. Just hit level 14/20 in gameroom and crossed 36 hours of playtime. If I had to guess Iam probably dumping atleast 10-20 dollars on gameroom and atleast 15hours more game time. I have mainly working on gold time spenders but that gets very boring.

Got Retirement savings plan in Army of two last tuesday which is a weight off my shoulder. Just need to boost SSC challenege stuff and do a playthrough on professional and I will be done with this pile of shit. Sad thing is I want to do this game 2 more times for 1000 in NTSC-J and 1250 in PAL.

Grinding Brain Challenge with Unreal Killer 10 wins out of 100 and Iam already bored. I would be satisfied with 170/200 but Iam gonna atleast attempt the 200.

Aside from my challenge of completing all versions of the first army of two I want A full set of gears completions. This will be insane and very time consuming.

Motivation issues.......

Ok well I have known this for along time but I have motivation issues. Even if I am challenging myself to do something I end saying fuck it why am I doing this. This lack of motivation is 1 of many things I put blame on when people ask me about my low completion percent. I have many excuses as to why my completion % is low and to some extent they are true.
For specific games I have actually excuses relating to issues with the game for example megamind has a very annoying glitch that requires to keep replaying the same dull level over and over until the game gives you permission to move forward. I had to replay level 1 I think 7 times before it would let me continue. I had no issues with level 2 and had to only re-do level 3 once which I ha d to anyways so I could beat the boos with out being hit. Level 4 is where i snapped, it felt fairly long and it was starting to get on my nerves so when it glitched on me at the end of level 4 i decided to get rid of the game. I will only reget that game if that retarded glitch gets fixed. For Dantes inferno and SWTFU 2 they just got so boring, i don't like hack and slashes very much as they repetitive fast. I could go on and on as to why 250 games lie incomplete when i have 25+ less than 5 achievements away from completion.

The main reason I am agitated with this lack of motivation is that I am so close to 100k I can almost feel it. Originally I wanted to get there guring the GSL but I failed all my goals for the league miserably including that one. For now I am going to play for fun and mix in achievement hunting with games I want to play. I am sure I will get my motivation back soon but I don't wat to force it. There are a few choice games I want to complete and I am probably not gonna play much else.
