Motivation issues.......

Ok well I have known this for along time but I have motivation issues. Even if I am challenging myself to do something I end saying fuck it why am I doing this. This lack of motivation is 1 of many things I put blame on when people ask me about my low completion percent. I have many excuses as to why my completion % is low and to some extent they are true.
For specific games I have actually excuses relating to issues with the game for example megamind has a very annoying glitch that requires to keep replaying the same dull level over and over until the game gives you permission to move forward. I had to replay level 1 I think 7 times before it would let me continue. I had no issues with level 2 and had to only re-do level 3 once which I ha d to anyways so I could beat the boos with out being hit. Level 4 is where i snapped, it felt fairly long and it was starting to get on my nerves so when it glitched on me at the end of level 4 i decided to get rid of the game. I will only reget that game if that retarded glitch gets fixed. For Dantes inferno and SWTFU 2 they just got so boring, i don't like hack and slashes very much as they repetitive fast. I could go on and on as to why 250 games lie incomplete when i have 25+ less than 5 achievements away from completion.

The main reason I am agitated with this lack of motivation is that I am so close to 100k I can almost feel it. Originally I wanted to get there guring the GSL but I failed all my goals for the league miserably including that one. For now I am going to play for fun and mix in achievement hunting with games I want to play. I am sure I will get my motivation back soon but I don't wat to force it. There are a few choice games I want to complete and I am probably not gonna play much else.

Consistently inconsistent

Because of lack of any consistency in how well I score in any given day, i was unable to get past day 2 in my challenge to 1-up my self. This leaves me with the conclusion that my lack of consistency is part of the reason my completion percentage is so low, that and a low attention span doesn't really help either. I hope I can get this under control, or maybe its just me wanting to get to 100k as soon as possible. Hopefully that means I can start working on completion percent alot more once I reach 100k

Idea.....

I was looking at stallions blog and he is challenging himself to atleast 1 up self on the achievement earned count each day and gamerscore earned. I will see how long I will last, since my days are a bit scewed  cause of work but that won't change things, after today I have found a new motivation, this challenge and my ultimate goal to pass Zakke Wylde and his 420k gamerscore. I don't know how but I will find a way. I want to be number 1 in texas

I am Really proud of these 2 achievements since usually I don't go beyond the parts that aren't fun but these 2 were different. I don't know if its a different mentality towards achievements then from when I played Dead Rising 1. I am continuing on and trying to get more achievements out of this game. I am trying to make myself earn it by getting gamerscore in other games; that strategy killed Reach for me but again DR2 is different for some reason. Hm maybe I will complete this insane game.

Completed 3-D mini gold adventures and Golden axe for completion 21 and 22 overall and 8 and 9 for arcade.

Waiting....

I hate waiting for people to get games that they promise to help me with. I try to be patient, but then things get dragged on and on and on.

Unreal Killer owes me: 3D Ultra Mini Golf Adventures 2 achievements for 40 points.

Silvyr owes me: Fable 2 3 achievements for 70 points
and Army of Two 1 achievement for 45 points
and Golden Axe 4 for 95 points

2 completions I have to wait for, bleh.

feelings about the GSL 2 weeks in

Ok 7k in 2 weeks is not bad in normal terms, but in GSL terms its mediocre. Hoping to get 2k more by the end of thursday so i can have 10k this month. I don't see it happening though.
 Need to find a way to catch litepink and ryot control.

the loot/ depression

Well I havent updated since playing hannah montana, that game killed me on the inside alot. Killed my inspiration for achievement whoring, on top of that I have been playing prison break. The combination of these 2 games have emotionally drained me. Got a fancy arcade in game room, which was one that was originally unobtainable. I trying to make the final push for 100k but i feel unmotivated. As a result my average is dropping like bricks.

Got started on one of the hardest games ever and then one of the easiest. Hannah took about 5 hours, very frustrating if you ask me, I finished but since I only from  midnight to midnight it wont be "official" til tomorrow. 20 full completions now. Got 1 achievement in halo wars and realised how boring it was and I i sold it the first time.

I hate Cloudy since its down to collectibles now. Tornado outbreak is very meh. The hilight of today was

firefight with 2 of my friends it was a "blast". Then another one of my friends got on and we

did some campaign on heroic which more hilarity ensued. No party chat is complete w/o the antics of Speedy and TheKillFace. 445 is kind of meh but must continue and wait for hannah montana.

Really really easy game only took about 2 hours. Its the only game I scored in today so not much going on
Game sucked really bad scaled at 0.5/10 by me, very broken but the concept was interesting. 19th completion. Blacklight went on sale for 300 MSP down from 1200 so I got that. My friend gave me Lost planet 2 which is a hard 1000 but as long as the game is fun that is what matters and I really appreciate it. .

Ok in all honesty Halo:Reach is killing my desire for achievements all together or maybe is the constant use of collectible guides. I don't know but my love for achievements is fading, really hope i can get my self together.

Played TMNT a year ago and got a bad disc so I only got 197 originally but for the sake of 

the league I am picking it back up for the 803 missing for an easy completion. 620 points isn't a 

bad start just going to need to step it up a bit if we are going to win this thing. Good thing nozza knocked out avatar right away other wise we would alot worse off. Last I checked we were in 7th. Hopefully by halloween

it will be first. I can tell litepink wants that mvp award busting out some freakin woop ass today. Hopefully

someone on our team takes that award instead, only time will tell. Hopefully cloudy w/ a chance of meatballs

As a side goal I am looking to complete  Gameroom, this will be time consuming and a little expensive but would be 1 hell of a completion.

In light of joining x360a's Gamerscore league 9 I have decided to create a blog about my team and I's antics and awesomeness during the GSL. I will be posting "the loot" which is achievements I have earned on any given day starting with the total value of the loot. Also be doing some reviews and make posts when I manage to complete games.
